What if we could fully embrace who we are with confidence and joy?? How would that feel?
The longer we walk along this path the more we realize that holding back our potential serves no one.
We may have some unconscious programming that tells us if we play small others will be more comfortable. So inch by inch we cut off parts of ourselves that make us unique. That programming is the ego and is based in fear.
Friend, let’s give ourselves permission to choose another way. Be willing to see things differently.
Each of us has unique skills, talents, gifts and experiences. These are the treasures we need to share with the world. The only thing holding us back is our own limiting beliefs.
To begin to shift this, pay attention to the mental dialogue and feelings that arise when you desire to do something but think that you can’t.
Be curious where these beliefs came from but don’t get caught up in the story. The more we see these limiting beliefs for what they are the less power they will have over our decisions.
Our solar plexus chakra is our power center and when we take action based on our desires, we are powerful creators. When we remember our worth we move forward with confidence and ease.
